The mission of CI is to inspire others to know and become closer to Jesus Christ. To accomplish it, CI uses service to others, education and training, and creating opportunities where people can serve others. The Christian values to which CI continuously aspires is evident in everything CI does. Having its primary focus on Jesus Christ, CI seeks to inspire people, who would unlikely be in a church or Christian school, to get to know Jesus. Those who serve others will undoubtedly become closer to the Lord.

Principles to Live By

• Ensure that every aspect of your life is aligned with the Word of God.
• Bow down to God for shaping all aspects of your life
• Do not think about maintaining well-being; God is responsible for that.
• The mind, if left unfettered, will introduce sin and deception.
• Have faith in God for everything.
• Pray before every action.
• Don’t imagine outcomes of actions. If the actions are in God’s will, the outcomes, no matter what they are and how they feel, are for the best.
• Remember that one’s desires, if not shaped by God’s Word and prayer, are to take one away from God.
• Die to one’s self and will.
• Find contentment in whatever state you’re in.
• Go out of your way to love your neighbor.
• Live moment by moment.
• Let humility be your garment.

 

Thank you Lord for taking care of me

In situations where I am vulnerable you have come to my deliverance. The circumstances are such that I should cave in to the natural man, but as your Word says, the Spirit will quicken me. Although I am weak, you are strong. Your angels come to the rescue to direct the situations. I must only trust in you and let you take control. Thanks Lord for allowing me to take heed to your Word. I want to do what is right, but many times evil is present. Let not this evil put me asunder, but you are there for my direction and protection. I must ask you to buffer me from the arrows of the enemy so that I will not fall short of performing according to your Word. Thank you my Lord. Put evil away from me. Let me not desire to do the things of the flesh, but let me only seek to be in the Spirit, seeking your ways. Thank you.

Thank You for You

Lord, the only thing I can do is thank You for my existence. I have realized that so many things that seemed to be right for me are not. I have realized that I had got caught up in the things of the world. Many of plans were not of You, but of my flesh and the world. Now, Lord, I need to only focus on the things of the moment. When I do that, I realize that I am blessed so much physically, emotionally, mentally, materially and socially. I know that I am blessed spiritually, also, but I want to seek the full extent of this blessing. I have not yet realized its full extent. Help me to realize this.

You always make everything fit perfectly. I need only to relax and trust You. I shall not let a worry about anything enter my mind. I know I have You. Therefore, I must sacrifice myself to You. Let everything I am be acceptable to You. Let anything that blocks or impedes my path to You be accursed. Let it die. I denounce all things that are unlike You in my life and environment. Let me be totally for You. Thank You, Lord. I praise You.
