Ethics, Boundaries & Confidentiality COURSE (6 CEHs)

Welcome to Ethics, Boundaries & Confidentiality. There is much for one to learn about the topic of Ethics; however, during this course you will learn about the background, basics, and application. Once you have this basic knowledge, you will have the tools to apply your understanding to your daily life as a clinician.

Learning Objectives:
1. Learn the definition and importance of ethics
2. Explore ethics in a professional/clinical setting
3. Understand the importance of ethical decision making in an ethical dilemma
4. Understand boundaries and confidentiality as they relate to ethics
5. Apply ethical understanding to the topic of diversity & inclusion
6. Follow the guidelines set forth by NAADAC's Code of Ethics
