I Want to Know Your Eternal Life

O Lord,

​I have realized that most, if not all, of my attention to You deals with my life on earth.  I want to realize the significance of focusing on You in dealing with eternal life.  Eternal life is the reason that Jesus died and rose.  I feel in my spirit that I must turn away from focusing on my existence here and focus on my eternal life.  Too often, spirituality is associated with being spiritual on this earth. 

I desire to turn from this spirituality and seek the spirituality that is solely from above.  I want my spirituality to focus on having life everlasting, not having abundant life on earth. 

​I will seek this more, Lord, as I understand Your Word.  I seek You and Your governance in my life.
