Let Me Apply Your Principles to Live By

O Lord,
​You gave me principles by which I should live.  I want to apply them in my life.  I want to know the fullness that You have for me.  I must put asunder anything that thwarts my getting closer to You.  I am determined to seek the most I can get from You in my life.  I desire to serve You.  Life any other way is only filled with trouble and pitfalls, which are deceitfully disguised behind pleasure.  I know also that my flesh seeks pleasure and does not want to conform to Your will.  I must be strong by submitting to You.  I ask You to give me strength to endure when my flesh kicks up.  Let me put out its fires.
