You are Intervening Even When I Think You’re Not

I want to acknowledge, Lord, that as I commit my complete self to You, You will go beyond what I can think of as the best outcome of the situation.  I realize that when I am thinking that You are not intervening and directing situations (as I would like to think that You should be doing according to Your Word), You are actually right making things happen for me.  

As I grow in You, I must learn to trust and obey Your Word.  It does not matter what I see, think, feel or hear; all that matters is what Your Word says.  I realize that I can only trust in Your unfathomable Word this way when I can stand with a clean conscience before You.  

​My conscience is clean when I am not in sin.  I am not in sin when I have a broken heart and contrite spirit over any sin that I have committed against You and when I am not willfully committing sin.  O Lord, take me to where You want me to be as I continue to faithfully trust in You.
