Your Greatness, Goodness & Mercy

I’m realizing, dear Lord, your greatness, goodness and mercy more each day.   I’m realizing each one of these in my life daily.  

Your greatness is so because You control everything.  You created everything.  I see your hand in many things and I want to see more of it.  You control life and death.  

Your goodness is present because You take care of me.  You provide everything needed plus those things that You know that make me comfortable.  Your mercy is there because You continue to be there when I am afar.  I have faltered at times but You always are there to pick me up.  

I must strive to not falter so that I focus more on your goodness instead of mercy.  Thank You, Lord, for granting me life and all the benefits of abundant living, such as peace, joy, love, family and physical and mental health.  

Thank You, Lord, that You have pulled me up from the mire of sin and now sustain me in spiritual harmony.  Thank You.
