Purpose
Designed to help addicts and alcoholics get on the right track, Christian Institute's Next Step Program is affordable, effective and comprehensive. Many individuals struggling with addiction try to figure out the solution on their own but they keep running around in circles and find themselves in the same place or even deeper in their addiction.
Addiction is isolating. Many people struggling with substance abuse cycle through the same failed attempts — cold turkey, short-term programs, even hospitalization — only to find themselves in the same place, or worse, with their self-esteem further eroded, turbulence amongst family, and hope harder to hold onto.
The Next Step Program exists to break that cycle.
Rather than adding to the list of things that didn't work, Next Step provides personalized guidance to help individuals understand their own addiction and identify the most effective path toward recovery. Every person's situation is different, and so is every path forward. Whether that means detox, outpatient care, peer support groups, inpatient treatment, or simply knowing where to start — Next Step helps cut through the confusion and points people in the right direction.
